Responsibilities

  • Assist kitchen operation and monitor food quality

  • Preparing and producing all food items and ensure that food and plating to meet quality standards consistently

  • Ensure work safety and food hygiene standards

  • Carry out any other duties as required by Executive / Head Chef when needed

  • 預備食材、處理及烹調食物

  • 負責處理廚房日常運作，確保廚房、設備和器具清潔衛生

Requirements

  • Working experience in kitchen

  • Good knowledge of food handling, hygiene, preparation & cooking procedures

  •  Able to work in a busy kitchen efficiently

  • Hard working, enthusiastic, reliable

  • Good communication skills

  • Fluent Cantonese

  • 具廚房工作經驗者優先考慮

  • 須輪班工作

  • 能夠在繁忙的廚房工作

  • 流利粵語

ACCOUNTING CLERK

Job Description

 

Responsibility:

  • Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.

  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information. Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.

  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.

  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

  • Monthly payroll assistant on needed actions.

 

Requirement:

  • Degree holder with 3 years working experience

  • Proven work experience in Account departments

  • Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, familiar with MYOB

  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

  • Working experenice under F&B company would be considered an advantage

  • Immediate availability is an advantage
